I paid $5 via Gumroad but there isn't a record of it on my "Account Overview" page.
Also, do I have to setup a separate Gumroad account OR... does my EYM login info double as Gumroad login?
Thank you!
Thanks for your support! You can manage everything through your gumroad account and it updates on the site automatically. All I see on my side is if the account is active or inactive. https://gumroad.com/dashboard
I can see that the "account overview" might have been confusing so I changed the menu to say "My Subscription (Gumroad)" if your subscription is active you will see that in the menu.
Thanks!
When I try to login to Gumroad, through EYM, using the same email address and login info, I get this error message: "an account does not exist with that email" (I don't see any way to add a screenshot of that message to this reply).
That looks like the same email address I see, do you think you might have logged in with one of the other login options when you created your gumroad account? facebook, gmail, twitter, etc? One of those looks similar to your email address.
Once we get this sorted out, I'll delete this thread for your privacy.
I would rarely (if ever) sign-up for something using facebook, google, etc. I did try logging in via my google account but that didn't work. Not really sure what happened but it would be nice to manage my payment preferences on Gumroad 🙂 Here are a couple of screenshot/image links...

Appreciate your help with this Emma. I know you're busy.
The links didn't come through in your message but that's ok. I reached out to Gumroad's support hopefully they can help get it sorted out for us!
They said:
It may be that they bought the product without an account as that is an option during check out. If the user creates an account using their email, the subscription should appear in their library. Thank you for reaching out to Gumroad support, please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.
It looks like that's the case because I was able to create an account with your email address and it said that it emailed you more information on how to setup an account. I have no idea why they would let someone create a recurring membership with no way to manage their subscription!
Received Gumroad's link and it worked. Yaaay!
Appreciate the explanation Emma, that makes so much sense. Not sure how I did that... but my bad. Thank you for fixing it for me.
Yay I'm glad we figured it out. Would you like me to delete this thread?
