Best Fit?

We've tried a ton of cages and sizes. From plastic to metal, we've probably tried twenty of them. My goal is not to create a painful or restrictive experience. The goal is for Kev to wear the cage and go about daily life as if it wasn't there. The only exception would be his ability to get aroused. 

It will take your body about a week to get used to wearing the cage overnight. I'd recommend switching to a smaller base ring until your body makes that adjustment. This will allow your uncontrollable nighttime erections to have a bit more slack until your body is able to control them a bit. The nighttime erections will never go away, I believe that they exist to help prevent bedwetting but they will reduce a bit.

I would say that trial and error will be the best bet and you may go through a couple cages. Buy the inexpensive ones until you understand what you need. Up until recently, Kevin has been using the pink cage found on the recommendations page.

I'm in the south and heat is an issue, with how it changes my anatomy. I think we all know what I mean. Not only the base ring but the next ring is very important. That ball gap should not be too big. I know as my testicles sag for cooling, the whole cage wants to follow. My frenum piercing is locked into my Evotion cage, which  helps keeps things in better order year round. I would love to read more opinions.
