Important information for males here

It's been a struggle for me to reach the 10 day mark between orgasms. I rarely use a chastity cage and have no keyholder, but the results have been impressive. More overall energy when exercising, ability to focus longer at work, and when the 5 day (or longer) mark is reached, women suddenly become much friendlier. Semen retention doesn't need to last forever, but training yourself into gradually longer periods of chastity (with or without a cage) is a smart idea.
