We've been into Tease/Denial and ruined orgasms for a log time. We even had a few cuck experiences prior to Covid. I've never given cages much of a thought. Then last weekend I was reading about Locktober and mentioned it to her. I found this site and we did some reading. Watched some porn featuring cages. She has not been so excited in a long time. So we did some online shopping for a cage and got our 1st one in the mail yesterday. She texted me pics of it while I was working and was waiting for me at the door with it. Initially we were thinking this would be something to be used play time, but I've been wearing it for at least 18 hours now. I slept all night in it and even went to the grocery store this morning with it on. It's a little on the tight side but very comfortable.
She is very excited about all the possibilities with this new device.

Definitely wear one for a while before trying to figure out perfect fit. It's kind of weird how things change once you're wearing. I've dropped 13mm on the ring (I swear I followed the sizing guides!), and almost 2" on the length (I started out way too long!), in about 4 years.

Don't we all brother? My favorite is a story during the space race where the NASA had to rename the pee tubes from small, medium, and large to the names large, gigantic and humongous. This is because everyone was using the large size, which didn't fit well and resulted in leakage.
