Hi,

I have setup my gumroad account and I should have a current yearly membership in place. I paid for the subscription in March 2025. When I log into the site and view one of the current articles I get the message about the content being locked. I sign in again but get the same issue.

I have tried flushing the cookies and site data, is anyone else having this issue as it is happening on my phone and tablet.  Or do I need to wait for gumroad and this site to sync the membership data?

Hi Emma, 

Thanks for the follow, but once my gumroad account was setup and I checked a few hrs later the issue had resolved. Like in a previous post on the forum, when I initially paid I didn't have to set an account up either.
