Thanks for your reply. My wife is a senior executive at a large firm and as such privacy is a must. There a some people at her firm who like to make themselves better by pulling others down rather than being better. so she has a hard limit at talking with outsiders. She likes our dynamic as it is but does say it could be better. She is hesitate to take the lead as guilt and upbringing tends to weigh her down.
