This is something I was diagnosed with back in the 90s it had slowly been replaced by the term hipper sexual behaviour because more people fit that box 

However I fit more of the original word satyrism 

What is it like ? 

There is never enough food 

There is never enough drink 

There is never enough fight 

There is never enough party

There is never enough music 

There is never enough sex 

When you can't get these things there is a sensation much like pain and hunger yet so much more intense 

You have to learn to control it to constantly hold it down ..... And it sucks big time most people don't get it the old Skool form of it affects about one in a thousand people the only people who recognize it are a small therapy group out of California
