My friend, you have screwed the pooch. I am not a psychologist, but I think it is possible that you subconciously created this situation. If you were my best friend, I would recommend that you find someone to talk to (like a therapist). If preserving your relationship with your wife is important, then i would recommend couple therapy.
What the hell do I know, but you need to sort out your thoughts and objectives, and you need to do the same with regard to your wife. Effiecitve communication needs to be stepped up radically unless your intention is to break everything and let it fall apart.
You are dancing on the third rail and had better get your head together VERY quickly.
Please understand, I mean no judgement here. I am a submissive who was in a very unhappy marriage for more that 25 years. I found myself a better life and an amazing Mistress. But it doesn't happen to you. You have to take charge of your own life and be responsible for your relationships.
