Sometimes simple things can help keep you on track

Recently we were approaching day 200 on my semen retention path. I was having frustrations and doubts. Mistress B had the idea of installing a counter app on my phone and instructed me to increment it every day of further retention and when I needed a little extra reinforcement of my path I look at the counter, see the number, take pride in my achievement and consider the enormity of the task to come back to the number already achieved (213 as of today) if I waiver. Problem solved!
