You aren't alone my friend. Many of us have loving, successful, and fruitful wife-led marriages that have no interest in participating in cuckolding. Our lovely host does, which is her prerogative, of course, which explains the preponderance of cucking talk here.
As far as "nurturing" your girlfriend, the only advice I have is to stay the course, be patient, and be in it (you) because you genuinely get pleasure from being a source of joy for her in all aspects of her life, your marriage, not just sex. In other words, it's about her and not about you. Anything else just relegates the wife/girlfriend to a fetish peddler.
