This is a surprisingly hard question to answer, because I don't think that my answers would be consistent from day to day.
Probably my biggest turn-on is when my wife knows that she is complete in charge and it emanates from her every pore. But another huge turn-on is when she is enjoying herself ... just her enjoyment (e.g. from something as simple and innocuous as me rubbing her feet, or as lascivious as my fingers inside her making her suddenly gushing wet) makes me absolutely thrilled to be alive.
My wife almost never turns me off, so I'm going to have to think a lot harder about that one. Perhaps if I am made to feel unappreciated, that is a turn-off.
In general, though, my biggest turn-offs are when I see someone punching down. Whether it's berating a service worker, or bullying a co-worker. A lack of personal self-care is also a turn-off, but not in the same "hurting someone else" way ... it's a turn-off because they are hurting themselves.

Almost everybody put confidence as a big turn on and that is such a big thing for women. Everything we do from girls to women tells us not to be confident.
