This may sound overly simplistic, but sometimes males (in search of a short term kinky thrill) find themselves in a place they didn't anticipate. i.e. 1. A lady keyholder notices the power she now wields and is not be willing to give up that power. 2. She may insist her man live up to his commitment regarding her as dominant partner. 3. He may feel an unanticipated loss of control, and ask to be released from the cage, only to find she is unwilling to do so and uses her position as keyholder to enforce it. 4. She may now want to experiment with spanking, pegging, bondage and (yes) cuckolding and he may have little choice but to submit to her wishes. 5. He may find that after a longer than anticipated time of enforced chastity, edging, and teasing, he has little will of his own, and meekly submits to her every whim. None of these things are necessarily bad of course, but it's wise to approach FLR's and male chastity with some clear guidelines and structure. 😉Â

It's my observation that many men only think about the sexual side of committing to a FLR style relationship.Â

I can only speak about how we developed a FLR, I worked long days in a very stressful job. My wife slowly started taking over more responsibilities around the house i.e our finances, decisions, major purchases, activities etc. In return I would always try to do things that would make her happy, cleaning the house, or whatever. In the end, to barrow a phrase, we evolved into FLR. She took control of the bedroom, and that made the both of us extremely happy and brought our love to each other to a higher level.
