Sorry, for that research.  It's kind of weak and ambiguous and not much more than "supported" opinion.  I didn't look closely at what I'd picked. 

This is what I meant to send. It's from the National Library of Medicine - National Institute of Health(gov).  This is real research by MDs, not opinions by people who think they know what's what.  The main article is a research grant 10 year follow up.  Below you will find a bunch of supporting articles that are also medical research articles. 

It's pretty clear that frequent ejaculation is important to prostate health.

I suffered from ed before getting into male chastity.  Mostly softer erections.  Took Cialis and it sort of helped. 

My wife got turned on to male chastity by a friend about 6 months ago.  We discovered after around 2 months of my being caged my ed was gone/cured. 

Have not taken any Cialis and this 60 year old gets hard like a teenager when released. We have noticed no shrinkage.  Out of curiosity my wife just took me out and measured.  Still just under 7".   I think the ed/shrinkage issues probably vary per individual and maybe length of time locked up?  

I have heard that many Mistresses require penis shrinking chastity.  I have heard from s couple that it works and their bois stay smaller and that it gives them a feeling of eminence power .  It seems like quite a sacrifice but one i would make if it was important to my Mistress  . anyone with experience in this.  I didn't know cock shrinking was a "thing" or even possible. Many?  I doubt it, but who knows?  I've never personally heard of or seen any real Dominant woman that would do such a thing to another human being.  Are there people that would?  Sure, there's freaky ass people all over, but I wouldn't say there are many.

It can appear to shrink by simply smashing the cock into a small cage. When removed and aroused the cock is normal.

@evolvingyourman well, there isn’t anything regarding medical advice on chastity cages 🙂 a base ring to tight will cause some issues, possibly nerve damage. I got injured by wearing a narrow cage. Definitely, proceed with caution.

I got what they call peyronies 60 degree upward bend 25 degrees to the left. I’ve seen a urologist, gone through Xiaflex injections, using an restorex device and things have improved. My next urologist appt is Tuesday for ultrasound and next steps.

I have read posts of people going years no issues, I know of another person got peyronies from what he believed from a cage being to wide, has a hard spot in his penis and only a slightly bend. Peyronies can be due to age and or damage, which I have a vanilla marriage:) so I was self locking and tested out a narrow cage over night. 

All the posts I researched, people I asked never mentioned peyronies, one person mentioned nerve damage from a base ring to tight, so I always wore a bigger base ring (that didn’t fall off) while caged.
