Registration Confirmation

The site has been getting quite a bit of new member registration lately and some of them are from email addresses that look like spammy russian email addresses. I much prefer real people over fake people so I'd like to prevent those spam bot registrations.

The site didn't ask for email verification previously but I just turned it on. If anyone has a problem registering please let me know on the contact form. I think it will probably be fine but just in case.
